Status and History The company is 100% locally owned and registered in Indonesia as a furniture manufacturing company. The company was formed in 1997, and has been operating in Central Java, since this date. Facilities, Products, Services Mahogany, teak, materials and fibers, are used for indoor and outdoor furniture production. Wood can be kiln or air-dried. Finishing done in various stains, paints, distress, natural and hand painting motifs. The company employs native English speaking technical advisors and uses email, and standard business and graphic software. Employees and Benefits 25 full time employees and 100 in-house contract workers. Ten independent companies supply some raw components. Employees are paid in excess of local pay guidelines and receive annual bonus. Wages and benefits are equal opportunity regardless of sex and religion. No children are used in production of any products or employed in any position. Environmental All wood used for in-house production is certified by the Indonesian forestry department. The Nature of Our Product Some products are engineered in nature using latest equipment and techniques. Some items are hand-made from start to finish. Many traditional Old World methods are used in the construction of these unique accent pieces. The individual workmanship may cause slight differences in measurements and finish. This solid wood product constantly responds to it's environment, therefore, the furniture has a subtle distressed look. Some splitting, cracking, chipping and glazing may occur. Please be aware that these blemishes and imperfections are non-structural in nature and are to be expected. However we are happy to discuss your specific needs and quality requirements and required price point. Minimum Order Due to the nature of shipping our minimum order is a 20 foot container. There are no limitations on quantities of each individual item. Orders For new customers we request a deposit with order and the balance paid once the container is loaded. Original documents are sent when accounts are settled. Payments are accepted by wire transfer to the account we designate in US dollars. Trucking, packaging and Shipping Our prices include single face, recycled cardboard packaging, 96 gram per cubic meter fumigation and trucking till entry at Port and document fees. All shipping from Semarang is the responsibility of the customer, though we are happy to provide assistance if requested. Ship Times Our current ship time is approximately 6 weeks from the date of receipt of the order. Some additional times may be required on multiple orders or during peak times etc. We recommend allowing 8 weeks from order to shipping. Shipping Claims The QC department inspects the product upon loading. Upon arrival you should always inspect the entire shipment. If there are any missing or damaged items, notify us immediately and file a claim as soon as possible, along with digital images so we may agree the claim and improve our quality. Warranties In placing an order, you are accepting all products and merchandise under the terms and conditions written herein, including damaged items. As IS. Any and all warranties of merchandise, whether expressed or implied, are hereby waived and excluded from any transaction. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description implied in the terms and conditions. Safety Considerations Orders for commercial products may require special specificatons and it is the customers responsibility to advise us if an order is placed for products that will be subjected to commercial use. Items sold as "Fashion Furniture" are not intended for use other than as accent pieces. Seating is not designed for persons over 90 kilogram of weight.
