Our manufacturing facilities are located in Southern China in the Shenzhen City area.The facility started with humble beginnings.But in a short span of 5 years,the operations tripled in size.What sets this manufacturing operation apart from others in the region is volume and pricing was not the main driving force,but product quality and integrity to customers was and still is.Although,we understand that price competitiveness is important,Kenda offers a no none-sense approach to pricing.Better materials cost more,stricter quality enforcement requires more man-power and low volumes mean greater over-head.However,coupled with China's competitive labor forces and our innovations in production methodology,Kenda still offers competitive pricing.The facility is headed by our Operations Director,a university graduate of chemical engineering,with 10 years experience in the toner cartridge business.Prior to Kenda,he headed a toner cartridge manufacturing facility for a large wholly owned foreign enterprise in China.The marketing and sales office is headed by American (American born) with 13 years experience in the toner cartridge industry. No compromise in quality.Kenda implements at the very minimum the quality measures expected in international companies.In its simplest form from 5S quality assurance standards to those set forth in ISO 9000 standards,quality checks are made on a "step on step"basis in the manufacturing process.From component acquisition to finished products,our "step on step" quality check and testing insures the best possible product during production.But it doesn't end there.Even though all finished products are 100 percent tested.Kenda takes other steps to insure warehoused items are in their best possible condition by selective testing. In our constant strive to maintain the best quality in our products,Kenda continues to research and implement the latest manufacturing techniques and management philosophy.
