SIM Stain is a Green product that is an environmentally safe alternative to common reactive stains over concrete. It contains no hazardous components. It produces the mottled, variegated look associated with acid stains in decorative concrete. It provides color by penetrating the cementitous surfaces through the open pores. SIM Stain gives you more control over the color, more variety of color and is easy use. With SIM Stain you do not have to wait 4-6 hours for the color to develop and you do not have to neutralize it or wash so labor savings is tremendous. SIM Stain is available in 27 colors that can mixed for further variance and is UV stable. It can also be used with reactive stain to correct color problems once the surface has been neutralized. SIM Stain can be used in interior and exterior flooring applications. SIM Stain becomes a permanent part of the concrete, and will not peel, flake, fade, or delaminate.
