We know we can- we have been doing it for over eighty years. Lee operates a multipurpose test facility where your product processing can be demonstrated and analyzed. The test lab incorporates the very latest in processing equipment, including the agitated Uniflow jacketed tank, a jacketed double-ribbon horizontal blender, a jacketed kettle with an inclined double-motion scraped surface agitator, a jacketed kettle with a single-motion scraped surface agitator in conjunction with various interchangeable mixers, and the Tri-Mix Turbo-Shear, a fully jacketed vacuum/pressure vessel that has both scraped surface double-motion agitation along with a high-shear mixer. Lee's pilot plant, engineering assistance, and guaranteed scale-up are all provided to you at "no charge." Our experienced, ASME certified field service department is readily available for repairs, modifications, and installation/start-up of your vessel or system. Lee's service team is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! They are prepared to coordinate parts delivery and work around your production schedule to keep down-time to a minimum. Lee offers a variety of finishes ranging from mill finish to the #7 mirror finish(less than 6 Ra). Also, from our vast experience in the pharmaceutical industry and recognizing the demand for a high quality, ultra-sanitary finish, a special low Ra finish is available on request. We can also complement our mechanical finish with electropolish. This is available from minute fittings and fractional-size valves to our 20,000 gallon reactor vessels.
