Lianyungang Jinchang Special Steel Co., Ltd., located in Guannan, occupies a building area of 200,000 square meters. Our firm has Steel Tube Manufacturing Factory, Melting Factory, Forging Factory, Iron Alloy Factory, Physical and Chemical Inspection Center, Oxygen Making Plant, and 110KV Substation. Steel Tube Manufacturing Factory mainly produces welded cold bending structural hollow sections in square and rectangular as per EN10210 standard. The main equipment includes two cold bending square and rectangular tube production lines of 200mm*200mm and 400mm*400mm. EFD high-frequency welders imported from Norway are used in these two lines to ensure reliable quality of welded joints. Our company has also imported fully-automatic continuous temperature furnace for relaxation of internal stress during production. The raw materials are supplied by Wusteel and Baosteel, which ensures the quality of products from the beginning. The main products are S235JRH series and S355J2H series with a size from 80mm*80mm*4mm to 500mm*500mm*16mm. Our company has successfully acquired CE Mark for products and is able to enter into European market, which fills in a domestic gap of technology area. The production capacity of Melting Factory is 100,000 metric tons yearly. Main equipment includes 2*25 ton electric-arc furnace, 2*30 ton AOD furnace, 1*30 ton VOD vacuum refinement furnace, and 1*30 ton LF refinement furnace. Our factory produces extra low carbon and nitrogen stainless steel, austenitic stainless steel, Duplex steel, PH Stainless steel, and high temperature resistance stainless steel by vacuum oxygen blowing decarburization refining technology. Main products are stainless steel ingot, stainless steel round bar, and stainless steel mother pipe in grades of TP316/316L, TP304/304L, TP321/321H, TP347/347H, TP317/317L, TP904L, and UNS31803. The products fully conform to standards of GB, ASTM, DIN, EN and JIS. Physical and Chemical Inspection Center has ability to do inspection with enough testing machines including spectral analyzer, hardness tester, non-destructive flaw detector, hydrostatic testing machine, and fully-automatic continuous temperature furnace. The quality of products can be ensured by the tests of these machines. To stably improve quality of products, our company pays great attention to internal management, introduces management and high-tech talents from BAOsteel, establishes a complete quality management system, and has successfully passed the verification of ISO9001-2000 and obtained CE Mark.
