Liaoning Aotong Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. is situated at the southwest of Anshan Iron & Steel Group, which is one of the iron and steel bases of China. We are endowed with unique geographical position and the superiority of facilely purchasing the raw materials. Furthermore, we are near Harbin-Dalian Highway straight to the two seaports - Dalian and Yingkou, with good transport facilities. Our company is the user of Ansteel with a long-term agreement. Our company was established in 1992. Now, we have 700 staff, of which includes 200 professional technicians and 115 managerial persons, with total assets of RMB 480 million and covering more than 250,000 square meters of land. There are eleven sets of machine units for manufacturing spiral welded pipes at international modern level. Our annual productive capacity is up to 0.50 million tons and the diameter of spiral welded pipes is from OD219mm to OD3600mm. Therefore, we are the productive base for manufacturing spiral submerged arc welded steel pipes up to the largest diameter and capacity for the whole unit with the most advanced theory of roll-type centripetal forming is adopted. And the world famous Lincoln welding machine is used. The double wires submerged arc automatic welding is used for the inner and outer welding. And we also adopt the laser tracking system of the UK Meta Company for automatic monitoring so the whole set of the unit is equipped with high level automation control system of computer touch and furnished with online ultrasonic flaw detector and X-ray industrial TV set. For the auto-static water pressure test it can be carried out up to 25 Mpa. The whole unit owns high degree of automation, stable forming, and reliable welding quality. At the same time, we also own world-level laboratory, advanced and all ready complete technical testing equipment, which can provide reliable safeguard mechanism for product quality keeping. Our production is organized according to the API spec 5L, GB/T9711.1-97, GB/T9711.2-99, and SY/T5037-2000 standards. Wall thickness of spiral welded pipe is 6 mm to 25 mm. The material grade of the steel is Gr.A,Gr.B---- X80. Our company has a set of modern production line of 3-layer PE corrosion product with the annual capacity of one million square meters, so we are the most advanced manufacturers of PE anti-corrosion products in China. And our products have found widespread application in the pressurized pipelines for petroleum, natural gas, thermal power, and water supply and gas, as well as in other projects such as chemical engineering, electric power, irrigation, structuring, ramming and others. Our company has passed the examination under ISO9001:2000 quality management system and certified by API International Quality System of American Petroleum Institute.
