Lin'an New Sanlian Lighting Electric Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specialized in designing, developing, producing and selling a complete series of Energy Saving Lamps. Established in 1997, New Sanlian is located in Hengfan Energy Saving Lamp Base, the west suburb of Hangzhou City, with more than 2,500 employees including over 220 administrative and technical personnel. As a quality business partner for the international lighting giants such as GE, OSRAM and TOSHIBA, New Sanlian is a large -scale professional manufacturer of spiral energy saving lamps in China. In 2008 the annual output of energy saving lamp tubes was 100 million pieces and that of energy saving lamps was 60 million pieces. The followings are the new series: 1.High Power Factor (HPF) series: HPF technique achieves the requirements of small size, low cost and high performance in compact size of CFL application. The Power Factor of the products is 0.92- 0.99 and even above 0.99 and the harmonic value complies with the requirements of IEC 61000-3-2 Standard which improves the State Grid utilization and greatly reduces the resources waste. 2.Low Mercury Content Series: Auto-dosing mercury technology replaces manual-dosing mercury by workers to avoid that the workers are poisoned by direct contact with the heavy mercury; recyclable solid-mercury takes the place of unrecyclable liquid-mercury, which realizes the mercury recovery completely and avoids the pollution by mercury superficial deposit permanently and protects the environment comprehensively and efficiently. 3.Nano Technology Series: With the help of a combination of new equipment development and new materials, as well as the use of more advanced automatic tri-phosphor coating technology, the initial luminous flux improves by 15% compared with the normal lamps, lumen maintenance rate increases by more than 50% and the lifetime of the lamp prolongs by 80%, which greatly reduces the lighting depreciation and prolongs the lifetime of the lamps. 4. Sustainable Dimmable Series: The Dimmable series has solved the long-existing problems such as frequent flickering, black tube, noise and incompatibility. Also, the Dimmable-CFL Series can be easily adjusted like incandescent lamps. By now the Dimmable Series of products have been launched in the market. All the new products above have won high praise. Based on that, we have developed the series of LED and Electrodeless lamps at the same time and have made a breakthrough. In recent years, our company has imported multiple high-speed assembly lines & advanced testing facilities. We have got the ISO9001 and ISO14001 certificates to strictly control cost and quality, and the CE, FCC, EMC, GS, UL and RoHS Approvals for higher market request.
