We work on your behalf, to get Gift boxes manufactured to your exact specification of size, style, quality and target price. We do not have our own factory. Our customers see this as our biggest advantage for the following reasons: 1. Independent Quality Control and Quality Assurance: This perhaps is the single biggest advantage of working with us. It works like this: - After you approve the price, we send you the first samples to check the quality. - After you approve the sample and confirm the order, we prepare a QUALITY PLAN for the factory to follow. This plan specifies all details of production comprising of material specification (for wood, paperboard, artificial leather, fabric, velvet, black floss, hinges and fittings) polish and finish, inner and outer dimensions (we produce special "GO" and "NO GO" gauges, for each size, for quality assurance). 2. The full range of gift boxes from specialist small factories. Gift Boxes are made from a variety of materials like paperboard, MDF board and solid wood. They are offered in various finishes such as paper, faux pas leather /vinyl, polished or painted. Only a very large factory would have the infrastructure and facilities to process such wide range of materials. We go directly to the specialist small factories who offer competitive prices and give personal attention. 3. The challenge is to find the specialist factories. Most small factories serve the home market of China. They do not have English speaking sales staff and in many cases they do not have English language websites. The additional challenge is that small factories do not have export rights (licence) and cannot accept USD payments. They need to be paid in local currency, remnbi. But their strength is that they are focussed on a single product line and deliver first class products in their area of specialization. 4. Multiple offers to compare price and quality: Price and quality are related. Different factories have different quality culture. They also have different attitude towards Quality Assurance. Some want repeat business, while some don't care. We have a very strict vendor selection criteria based on personal visits to the factories and detailed discussion with the factory manager.
