It is a great pleasure to inform you that M. P. Group SRL has taken over the activities of MEMOPARK Sas (Kiddy Rides & Parks structures) and became worldwide distributor of VSV Light SRL (cabochon & lightening structure) and BBF SRL (kiddy rides) . The new integration has been financially supported by ARIEL GROUP SpA, based in Ariccia (Roma) and since 1961 operative in the field of automatic vending machines, with 4800 units in operation in Italy, that are managed by the controlled company DEDEM Automatica SRL. Subsidiaries are located also in Spain, Israel and Rumania and customers are from all over the world. The headquarter of M. P. Group SRL is in the new modern building in Reggio Emilia (see picture attached) , where the diverse departments (R& D, manufacturing, sales & marketing, servicing and technical support) will be concentrated. ARIEL GROUP SpA will head the new organization and continue to focus on the amusement park market. MEMOPARK, VSV Light and BBF will thus be assured of worldwide continuity and assistance and support will be given on all existing products delivered so far. The creative soul and the expertise team of MEMOPARK, VSV and BBF remains unchanged while a modernized and rationalized organization, with the recruitment and assistance of new professional figures, will consolidate even more the position of leading supplier of products for the amusement market. M. P. Group SRL is investing enormous resources in the development of new products, incorporating the most advanced technologies to create innovative and customer-oriented products that will meet evolving market needs.
