Our company is specialised in manufacturing of core winding machinery systems. 1) Core Winding Machine-RENE+, is a high Speed Fully Automatic Core Winding Machine for the use of manufacturing of toroids made from grain oriented steel for small transformers, transmitters, instrument and voltage transformers, chokes and variable voltage transformers. The machine is equipped with a modern PLC-system featuring a LED display with cycle indication. 2) The annealing Furnace-F615The Electrical annealing furnace is for stress relieving silicon iron transformer cores in an air atmosphere at an optimum temperature of 800 C. The control panel has an impressive array of sophisticated instruments which will ensure precise temperature control and consistent annealing results. It is easy and userfriendly to handle. You can control your furnace with control panel or alternatively with a pc system. It is possible to control the furnace from far distances through the internet, with a integrated software. The temperature datas are stored, in the pc and the user can watch in realtime all the curing process from far distances. Model F615 can anneal around 1800-2100 KG at each annealing turn. According the customer needs we can design larger furnace sizes too.
