Design & manufacturing of all sorts of sorts of Metal working machines including Shearing machines (Hydraulic or CNC up to 30mm 3500 mm) / press brakes / plate rolling / bending (100 mm with 5000 mm width with prepunching arrangements) / hydraulic jacks & Power Packs up to 3000 Tonne capacity. Pre-engineered buildings / heavy structural fabrication & equipment fabrication activities. All sorts of fire fighting equipments. Designing & assembly of containerized Diesel Generator sets up to 2000 KVA stand alone & in Multiples duly synchronized. We Manufacture Steam Turbines Up to 8 MW for application in industry for power generation / co-generation critical drive applications confirming to API 611 & API 612. We can offer turbines manufactured under any consultant / consulting agencies viz. Lloyds / IRS / EIL or buyer appointed consultant. We also are engaged in providing following quality services related to turbine to all industries. Operations and Maintenance of steam turbines, Refurbishing & re-powering, critical repairs, customizing to meet changed steam inlet, exhaust conditions, process steam needs & output speed. Supply of spare parts for All Makes & All types of Turbines. Reblading & Renozzling of Turbines. Review / Redesigning of steam flow path to optimize steam consumption, thus reduce cost of power generation. Calibration of all types of Governors. . Economical Grid synchronizing solution to sustain fluctuating steam load as well fluctuating power generated out of back pressure turbine at most economical rates. Our Design team has capability, resources & software to understand any process need over & above the equipment to advise on application, customization & selection. We undertake studies for steam optimization to reduce cost of power generation on existing make of turbines.
