Our factory, located in the Hardware Center of China, is specialized in the production of underwear accessories which include bra slider, bra adjuster, and bra strap. We have engaged in the hardware manufacture for more than 15 years, from the very material iron to the final product buckles, the whole process is made in our own factory, so the cost is not high, of course the selling price is attactive, too. We use thickness 0.8 +/-0.02 MM simultaneous iron and steel according to GB-Q195 standard and our products are thick enough, very smooth and without any burr to hurt body skin after direct plating, not to speak if they are lacquered and coated nylon powder. Besides, in order to meet client's needs and improve our productivity, we attach great importance to technology and facilities. We bring in advanced production facilities and apply the imported French Nylon 11 Powder for manufacture. To take care of different customers' need, we also apply the domestic nylon powder for our manufacture, which means the price is much more preferential. Lately, to meet the need of clients, especially clients from the USA and Europe, our Research & Development Group has produced as thick as 1.0MM bra rings and hooks which can stand as least 50kg strong pull and without any shape twist.
