Our company was founded in 1994 and is a professional producer of all kinds of free forging parts, membrane forging parts and slewing bearings forging. We can provide forging and finishing service. We are a private enterprise. Our company has 128 workers, including 10 senior engineers, 12 mechanical and electrical engineers, as well as 40 professional and technical engineers. Our equipments are as follows: Two sets of 1 ton free forging hammer, one set of 4 tons electro-hydraulic hammer, one set of 5 tons electro-hydraulic hammer, two sets of 750kg free forging hammer, one set of 300mm grinding ring machine, one set of 1500mm grinding ring machine, two sets of 5 tons manipulator, one set of 5 tons chamber-type furnace, one set of 30 tons chamber-type furnace, the number of sets Finishing equipments etc. In addition to conventional measuring testing equipment, we are also equipped with ultrasonic flaw detection instruments, chemical analysis instruments for raw materials, and mechanical performance testers. We have passed ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification. Our products are mainly sold in Nanjing, Anhui, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang and are exported to North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and other countries and regions.
