Founded in year 1976, Nichibo Taiwan Corp. specializes in the R&D and production of DC motors. Our products are distributed in domestic and worldwide markets, while receiving high appreciation by world-famous manufacturers. Following by corporate expansion, our first factory, Nichibo Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen, China was set up in 1993 and the second one in 2002. The current factory area is 25,000 square meters, with a monthly capacity of 4,000,000 units, and there are 1,200 employees in total. To improve customer satisfaction and meet various requests, our R&D team actively focuses on design innovation, supported by large number of staff and funding. Our talented designers utilize the most advanced hardware and software equipment to develop more competitive products. Only continuous R&D and innovation will make our products capable of taking challenges and getting approval from customers. We are convinced that we do not just create products but assist customers to create outstanding applications and therefore ready to face the constantly updating environment. Our quality control policy is well-received among customers and was recognized by ISO9002 in 1997, ISO9001 in 2003, and TS 16949 in 2007, a milestone for our big step into the auto industry. We promise and guarantee to design each product with high precision, high torque, minimal noise level and longer durability. Our product integration consists of rotor chips, outer metal housings of motor, plastic covers, rotors, covers, stators and finished products, which are all produced in-house and monitored consistently for quality control. The range of product varies in home appliances, vehicular spare parts, personal portable items, electrical toys and tools as well as customization services. Since our inception, Nichibo Taiwan Corp. has actively engaged penetration of global markets, new model development, recruiting outstanding employees, and screening top-quality material supplier, to provide customers with more professional and effective services.
