Ningbo Haiwei Mold Machinery Co., Ltd. is one of specialized manufacturers and exporters of various casting and mechanical parts which are widely used for automobile, motorcycle, agricultural,medical, hardware engineering and electronic industries. Most of our products are exported to the USA, Canada, and Europe such as Germany, France, Italy, Norway, Finland, and Switzerland. We have won a good reputation among our customers. Established in 1995, and located in Beilun District of Ningbo City which is famous second biggest container port in China, our yearly output of various castings is above 10000 tons. More than 13 year's experience in high-pressure die-castings for aluminum & zinc, as well as precision machining, and tools & fixtures, our engineers exactly know customers' requirements. There are about 200 employees in our company now and about 28 technicians with medium and senior titles. A formal quality assurance program with ISO 9001 approval insures that our finished products can meet customers' specifications. We have manufacture and test equipments such as die-casting machines ranging from 180 tons to 800 tons, shot blasters, SPK direct reading instrument analyzers, metallurgical analysis and tensile strength testers, hardness testers, and CMM. The whole system of CNC, machining, powder coating, painting, plating, and assembly is offered for our clients' requests. Our motto is "Quality first, competitive price and on-time delivery".
