Ningbo Investment Casting Co., Ltd., was founded in 1983. We occupy 95,000sqm of land area, of which the building area is 45,000sqm. We have 600 workers, with 60 engineering technicians included. Our company applies such casting processes as water glass, colloidal silica, resign sand mould, and non-ferrous metal into production, which makes us qualified to produce more than 8,000 kinds of castings as valve parts, mining machinery accessories, engineering machinery parts, and automobile and motorcycle parts that are made of plain steel and stainless steel as well as other more than 100 materials. Equipped with 22 sets of induction furnaces and owning the annul production capacity of 20,000 tons, good heat-treatment as well as machining, we have developed into a professional investment casting enterprise integrating scientific research, technology and trading. We are dedicated to the development of science and technology, introducing high precision spectrograph, magnetic particle detector, ultrasonic inspection instrument, 3D test instrument, tensile test machine, and impact test machine and CAE and CAD, which makes our company more powerful on research and development in precision foundry technology. Since 1989, we have started distributing castings by ourselves directly to the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Korea, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other countries and regions. Well-known for the application of the advanced and rigorous managerial system, our company has won the honor of Civilization Company of Zhejiang Province, Managed Demonstration Advanced Enterprise of Zhejiang Province, and the Best Economy Benefit Industry Enterprise of Zhejiang Province, and has qualified through the tests of ISO9000, TUV/CE and ISO/TS16949:2002, GB/T28001-2001, GB/T24001-2004 and ISO14001:2004.
