Our factory specializes in developing, producing and distributing die sinking and jet molding products. Over the years, we have accumulated abundant experience in serving varieties of enterprises and won a favorable reputation. Our company has a group of excellent technical personnel and advanced high-tech equipment, with advanced CAM/CAE integration production flows. With over 10 experienced and professional technicians' elaborate efforts, we continually produce all varieties of precise moulds.Our company currently has numerically-controlled machine, linear cutting machine, electric impulse, milling machine, grinder and a series of precise process equipment. Our product scope covers mould patterns for automobile parts, auto air conditioning parts, small household electrical appliance parts, instrument parts, stationery parts, toy parts, and commodity parts. Our raw materials are flawless steel products from Assab Company in Sweden and Daido from Japan, and our heat treatment is made by Assab Shanghai Branch by importing vacuum from Germany. We would like to design and process moulds based on customers' drawing from at home and abroad. Our process can reach mould and product technology capability in line with domestic and international standards for quick delivery, excellent material, low price, long performance life and stable quality. The process includes design technology, rough machining, heat treatment and finish machining to ensure no deformation, and precise holes center distance. For plastic mould, we can ensure the service period is 300000 - 500000 times.We have been equipped with about 10 sets of 80T to 320T Haitian injection machines and are able to produce various medium and high grade goods.
