Our State-of-the-Art production facility located in Fairfield CA, was designed to meet consumer demands for delicious, fresh and convenient products and entrees. Over 20 million Bento entrees have been produced and exported to our Japanese railroad and airline customers. Certifications include: United States Dept. Of Agriculture (USDA) to handle beef, pork and chicken products, we operate under the strictest Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) , Sanitary Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) , Federal and State Food and Drug (FDA) , Organic Certified (CCOF) Our Factory is built and adheres to the exacting U. S. and Japan standards of food preparation and sanitation. A skilled workforce insures the quality of our products and maintains the critical high standards that are demanded in our export products. Our strategic location within the rich California heartland ensures availability of rice and produce. The Nippon Industries Facility uses state-of-the-art, steam convection ovens, saute cookers, the latest in cryogenic cooling and freezing and a custom designed continuous rice cooking system.
