Officine Rigamonti was founded in Valduggia, a leader town in the production of taps and valves, in 1950, as a producer of bronze and cast iron gate valves. At the beginning of the Seventies it starts producing brass valves. Today the company produces a wide range of items for sanitary plants, heating plants, watering and water systems. The company has got its own quality system certified according to the UNI EN ISO 9001 regulations, a certification issued by BVQI Italy. 60% of its production is exported all over the world. Officine Rigamonti is dedicated to a never-ending R& D activity to improve the standards of its products and make them complying with the several regulations of the international markets. Computer programmes are a useful help to draw and design each component and construct prototypes at the best. Careful laboratory analyses, by simulating the actual functioning, allow to check all the construction features of prototypes and to monitor the data of the measuring instruments. From these results all the necessary information are available to realise the final project, meeting specific needs and able to work also in particularly difficult conditions. The automation of the processing and production phases ensures the maintenance of the technical features.
