Phuc Hung Trading Co., Ltd. Is a privately owned company. The members of the company's governing board include master, engineer and bachelor of economy, who, before 1993, all worked in state owned companies and foreign investment companies. From 1990, the Vietnamese government opened the economy and carried out the privatization process. In order to change to the free market economy and integrate into the world's economy, the previously state owned companies have been privatized into privately own or jointly owned stock companies operating under the Vietnamese Commercial Law. Since then, our members of the governing board established the Phuc hung trading company limited. Our company operated since 1993. Phuc Hung ltd currently has 30 administration staff and over 150 factory workers. Our main business includes domestic and international producing and trading in various kinds of chemical, essential oils, medicines, plastic raw material of PE, PP, machineries, Granite, Marble, health and scientific machines and parts, etc. At the moment, our company owns 2 factories making plastic bags in Hanoi and 5 factories producing various kinds of essential oils in the mountainous provinces of Central Vietnam. Furthermore, since 2000, we have invested in production factories in neighboring Lao and Cambodia with over 20 factories producing essential oils, including sassafras oil.
