Power Precise Mold Co., Ltd. is located in the international mold manufacturing base of Shenzhen in China. Now, our company has been recognized as one of the excellent mould manufacturers in China. Our company has more than 150 staff members and our design engineers specialize in utilizing CAD/CAM/CAE. We also have advanced software, such as Pro/E, UG and Moldflow for design, analysis and manufacturing. We have imported high precision tooling machines from Switzerland and Japan, including high speed CNC and EDNC machines, CNC wire-cut machines and CMM inspection machines. In injection, our workshop has over 35 injection machines, including 18 FANUC high speed injection machines. With advanced software and equipment, Power can design and manufacture different moulds, such as stack moulds, MUD moulds, die casting moulds and bakelite moulds. Also Power can provide total plastic solutions from product design, project management, injection, secondary processing, assembly and after-sales service.
