Manohara Asri is an Indonesian snack factory based in Sidoarjo, East Java-Indonesia. The main products are flavored peanuts and pellet or raw material of chips. The company uses high-quality raw material and modern technology in its manufacturing process. The production of flavored peanuts, for example, uses freshly ground-picked raw peanuts that are further selected through a closely-supervised sorting and grading process. The manufacturing process, from the sorting and grading of raw material to the seasoning, roasting and packaging is highly mechanical, avoiding any direct physical contacts, and is closely monitored to ensure the quality and the hygiene of the end-products.
