Built in 2004, we have developed as a professional company specializing in manufacturing sodium silicate investment casting products. Located in the biggest sea port, Qingdao, the north of China, we have 48 staff members including 2 R&D and 4 QC members, as well as workers, all of them have over 5 years' experience. Our foundry shop area covers an area of 3,000 square meters. All what we manufacture is sodium silicate investment casting products. The materials we can handle contain carbon steel and alloy steel including ANSI1015, ANSI1020, AISI1025, AISI1035, AISI1045, WCB, and weldable cast steel. Our products are applied in rigging, logistics equipment, mechanical industry, hardware, marine, and automotive. The biggest weight of our products is up to 20kg and the biggest size is up to 400 mm. Surface finishes like shot blasting, anti rust, galvanizing, and hot dip galvanizing all can be done in house. We also have well equipped inspection facilities and we are able to check materials and mechanical properties along with providing authoritative certifications. Our customers spread in the USA, Germany, Sweden, Italy, the UK, Japan, and Korea. In 2008, our turnover reached 3 Million USD.
