Qingdao Victory Plastics Co., Ltd. is a large Sino-foreign joint venture, established by Haier Group and Hong Kong Duoying Holding Corporation in July 2000. Our registered capital is RMB 60 million, while the investment is RMB250 million. Qingdao Victory Plastics Co., Ltd. is located in Haier industrial Park, Qingdao Economic and Technological Development Zone. Our workshop floor area totals 40,000 square meters. Our main products include injection and stamped molds, which are largely used for home appliances, communication facilities, medical equipment, computer peripherals and automotive accessories. The services of spraying and silk screen printing for plastic and hardware goods are also offered. Our company offers a whole range of services, from the design and manufacture of molds to the production and assembly of parts with strict quality control. Our company has established cooperative relationships with the Haier Group, Alcatel-lucent, Electrolux, Emerson, Sindorioch, Samsung, Fisher & Paykel, Hiyachi, and Panasonic. Moreover, advanced precision equipment introduced from Japan, Switzerland, and Taiwan area, and experienced engineering personnel can make sure our leading position among competitors. 1. Plastic and stamped mold manufacture The mold department is responsible for the production of injection and stamped molds. Nearly 100 engineering personnel are currently working at the department to provide technical support for mold design and manufacture. All major production equipment, including more than 80 CNC, EDM and cutting, clamping, and precision surface grinding machines are imported from Japan, Switzerland and Singapore. High quality raw materials are also imported to ensure the quality of our plastic and hardware products. 2. Plastic production Nearly 1,000 varieties of plastic products have been manufactured for Haier Group, Mitsumi and Panasonic. Our major production equipment of jet molding machine is imported from JSW. Our plastic department has advanced equipment and experienced technical personnel to ensure high quality and efficiency. We also provide spraying and silk screen printing services for plastic products. Our spraying and printing department is responsible for the spraying of plastic products and the printing of metal, glass and plastic products. Technicians will make full use of their experience to ensure the quality and characteristics of services. 3. Stamping production The stamping production department specializes in the production of stamped metal products, ranging from computer components to large air conditioner shells. Nearly 1,000 varieties of stamped metal products have been processed for the Haier Group and companies from Japan and the United States. Major equipment includes punching machine and oil press machine, most of which are imported from Japanese AIDA Company and Taiwanese SEYI.
