Qingdao Zhengyu Mechanical and Electrical Manufacture Co., Ltd. is a scientific and technological enterprise which professionally develops and produces plastic molds, stamping dies, die casting molds, plastic products, and automotive components. We are located in the beautiful coastal city of Jiaozhou Qingdao. We are less than 40 minutes away from Qingdao Airport and Qingdao Seaport, so our transportation is very convenient. We have a professional development team which is skilled of UG, PROE, CAD and other 3D design software to make the CAD/CAM/CAE of molds. We have large CNC machining centers, CNC high speed engraving machines, EDM spark molding machines, and line cutting machines to produce molds. We have 6 sets of 80-400 T injection molding machines to provide molding testing and injection. We have ultrasonic welding machines and assembly lines to do plastic welding, silk screen printing, and products assembly. Our molds include plastic molds, stamping molds, die-casting molds, rubber molds, and foam plastic molds. Our products are: lamps and internal and external accessories for cars or motorcycles, such as light handles, bumpers, and other plastic components; household articles and daily articles, such as plastic parts of fridge or air-conditioners, plastic baskets, plastic cases, dustbins, and various plastic mats to be used for garages, swimming pools, and lawns; and rubber tiles. And also we can produce all kind of plastic molds and injection products according to client demands. It is good if you can provide drawings or samples of products. Our products are mainly exported to the USA, Australia, Germany, South Korea, and the Middle East.
