A member company of the Sanking Group, our enterprise is comprised of three mould production companies - Quanzhou Sanking Mould Co., Ltd., Xiangfan Sanking Machinery Co., Ltd. and Zibo Sanking Mould Co., Ltd. A leading new- and high-technology manufacturer of ceramic moulds in Fujian Province, we now have assets worth RMB100,000,000, and employ more than 500 members of staff. Moreover, we have also received QS9000 and ISO9001 certifications for our management system. Boasting more than 250 sets of the most advanced production equipment, main lines include two Italian 7180N-20 grinding machines, two Italian BGM2500 numerically controlled boring and milling machines, four CNC centers from Taiwan, a 340t Italian glue pressing machine, and a ZYC2-65 Chinese vacuum heat treatment line. A pioneer developer of moulds for the production of corrugated tiles and coal ash bricks, we were also at the forefront in terms of setting up 800 industry-leading free-on-charge lines.
