These are the products manufactured with Wooden Blocks (the designs carved on wood) on 100% cotton cloths with all natural colors derived from trees barks, leaves, flowers, seeds, fruit barks, roots etc. , and the items are table cloth, bed covers, quilts and quilt covers (Doona covers / Duvet covers) , Cushion covers, Table Napkins, table Mats in required sizes. This process is in 9 steps and in all 9 steps the cloth will be dipped in water and dried under hot sun. No. 1 Natural Bleaching; 2. Myrabalan Juice Traatment; 3. Block Printing; 4. Washing (to remove gum and extra color on the cloth) ; 5. Boiling in copper vessel with raw material to get required color; 6. Second colors printing; 7. Washing; 8. Alum applying; 9. Washiing.
