We are done in natural rubber industry from 1986 . Our production capacity is about 25,000 to 30,000MTS per year Our products have sold to many customers worldwide , on which some of our customers are subcontractors of famous Tyre Manufacturers .Especially, We, SUNIN, got Approval from the famous Tire manufacturers, on august 2009. And now, we registered on their ERP system already. In year 2009, we are also continuing to invest onto Quality control system by Imported and installed laboratories at SVR3L and SVR10 and SVR20 factories , Build up the input raw materials control systems at each factory ,together with preparing procedure to Apply for ISO certificate for whole, and Continuing invest and replace new machines with advanced technology at production lines, Building Quality System and QC Inspector for exporting goods ; Evaluation Plant Manager by Qualified Product Quantity, not by only Quantity ; Vertical Bale not allowed(for exporting) and will be checked by QC man before put pallets onto containers ; Only Plant inside and our private warehouses Container Loading allowed.
