Shandong Huanghai Plastic Co., Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture enterprise, which is located in Hekou Economic Development Zone, Shandong, the open coastal province in Yellow River Delta, in the center of ShenLi Oil Field, Dongying Seaport and National Highway, widely enjoying rich resources on energy and transportation. Established in 2003, Huanghai Plastic has independent import and export rights and A-Class Honor certificated by Chinese Customs, as a professional manufacturer of plastic packaging bags. Through years' growth, we have got full series and strong ability on various types, mainly including HDPE and LDPE T-shirt bags, garbage bags, handle bags, shopping bags, freezer bags, produce bags, zip-lock bags, calendar bags, PP and nonwoven products, and more. Our annual production capacity is over 8000 tons. All of our products are exported to West Europe, the USA, Russia, Central Asia, Africa, Latin America, Australia, Norway, Ukraine, Romania, the Middle East and other countries and regions. Now our company staffs over 150 personnel, of whom 70% are high-educated. There are 15 people in Management Department and 30 professionals in Technical Department. We are equipped with 2 sets of large CNC film-blowing machines, over 30 sets of large film blowing machines, 2 sets of high-speed printing machine, and 45 sets of automatic bag making machines, which ensure an annual production capacity of more than 8000 tons.
