Established in 1966, Shandong Yiguang Electronic Joint Stock Co., Ltd., with former name of Shandong Linyi Semiconductor Plant, is one of the earliest professional manufacturers of diodes, with "SEVEN SPECIALITY". In 1997, authorized by the People's Government of Shandong Province, Shandong Linyi Semiconductor Plant was combined with four corporations, such as Shandong Linyi Yindu Electronic Co., Ltd., and sponsored by Shandong Yiguang Electronic Joint Stock Co., Ltd. It is the first joint stock company established by sponsorship. The capital of Shandong Yiguang Electronic Joint Stock Co., Ltd. is RMB30.5 million. To the end of 2001, our company has more than 1000 members, with total assets of RMB154.99 million and fixed assets of RMB82.48 million. Our company passed ISO9000 certification in 1997, and was confirmed as a high-tech company in 1999 and ensured as first batch recommended enterprise of listing on GEM by Beijing Securities Co., Ltd. in 2000.
