In 1991, we established a joint venture with Taiwanese partners in Huizhou City of Guangdong Province to manufacture post-press equipments (mainly specialized in manufacturing and selling Automatic Folder Gluers). From that time on, we have gradually developed a series of post-press equipments (Automatic Flute Laminators, Automatic Die Cutters, Automatic Foil Stampers, Automatic UV Coaters, Automatic and Semi-Automatic Window Patchers, and Automatic Hamburg Box Formers) after studying the developing trend in the printing industry. In 2002, apart from the joint venture, we established our own first private factory (Yancheng Golden East Asia Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd.) which was mainly specialized in the production, development and sale of automatic folder gluers and automatic flute laminators. In the same year of foundation, the annual turnover of our newly founded factory reached over twenty million Yuan, and in the same year, we established another factory (Yizheng Longsheng Machinery Co., Ltd.) in Yangzhou City of Jiangsu Province, mainly specialized in the production, development and sale of Automatic Die Cutters and Automatic Foil Stampers. In 2006, we established our headquarters - Shanghai Hongjing Printing & Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd. in Shanghai in order to explore and enlarge the domestic market. From that time on, Shanghai Hongjing has been in charge of all the sales of the domestic market for Yancheng Golden East Asia Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd., Yizheng Longsheng Machinery Co., Ltd., and Huizhou Longwang Machinery Co., Ltd., with the brand "Hongjing". In 2008, we established our own export company - Shanghai Eagle International Trading Co., Ltd. in order to explore and enlarge the international market. From now on, Shanghai Eagle will be the exclusive exporter for Yancheng Golden East Asia Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd., Yizheng Longsheng Machinery Co., Ltd. and Huizhou Longwang Machinery Co., Ltd. Since the first day of the foundation of our first factory, we have been consistently adhering to the principle of "good command of skill, and dedicated to service". We have spent a great deal of exertions in studying and developing the post-press equipment. Meanwhile we have perfected the complete set of post-press equipment and all-sided service for such equipment through sincere cooperation with Japanese, Taiwanese, Korean and Mainland enterprises engaged in the printing & packaging industry.
