Shanghai Printing Group Co.,Ltd (SPGC), established in 1995, is invested by Wenhui-Xinmin United Press Group and Shanghai JinWen Investment Co., Ltd. with 179.2 million CNY registered capital and have 1,591 workers. SPGC has three brands which are 'ZhongHua' 'Commercial' and 'XinHua'. In 2008, SPCC made Zhonghua Printing Corp. a new image on the basis of construction of a modern printing center in Qingpu by asset integration. ZhongHua Printing Co., Ltd registered capital at 0.35 billion CNY and factory premises area at 95,000 square meters and has the biggest monomer workshop in Shanghai.
