Shanghai Yongqi Plastic & Rubber Products Co., Ltd. was founded in 2000. Our company is a domestic joint venture company, and lies in Minhang District, Shanghai (only 18km from the downtown). Our company has an area of 21,000 square meters and a construction area of 14,600 square meters. Our company has 30 first class plastic injection mold machines. The clamping force is 58 - 1000 tons. Our plastic products are 1 - 1000 grams. There are CNC Machine Tools, Wikipedia Machines and Wire Cutters, totally 39 of all kinds of machine tools in our mould workshop. Our company also has a Three-Coordinate Measuring System and a test room for plastic quality. There are more than 100 employees in our company. 20% of them are technicians. All kinds of products can be manufactured according to customers' requests. We can supply designs and make moulds for customers. Most of our products are exported to the USA, Australia, Japan, and Europe. We provide plastic parts for famous companies around the world. Our main products are parts & accessories of fitness equipment, household appliances, construction tools, water sports equipment, fishing tackles, home cleaning items, and auto parts & accessories, such as air conditioners, computer displays, gear-boxes for electronic car barn, emergent power supplies for cars, clean barrels, electric vacuum cleaners, and food spa tubs. Meanwhile, part boxes are sold to Shanghai Volkswagen and Shanghai GM. Our company has passed ISO9001, QS9000 and ISO/TS 16949:2002 certifications.
