We are equipped with one 1-metric-ton capacity Induction furnace, one 0.5-metric-ton capacity Induction furnace, one 5-metric-ton capacity Cupola, and one 2-metric-ton capacity Cupola. The maximum weight lifting capacity is 5 metric tons. Our company specializes in producing wear resistant mantles ,concave,etc.,spare parts in mining field,especiallly for the imported mining machines. All alloy chemistry composition analysis is done by Chemical analysis instruments. We have molding facilities, high temperature heat treat ovens (size: 3m*2m*5m) and water quench facilities. Pengtai has the capability of making any casting with clean weight from 20kg to 2 tons in carbon, low alloy, manganese, iron, and chrome white iron for crushing, construction, mining, industrial and recycling industries.
