(China Mould/China Plastic Mould/Tooling Maker) specializes in plastic mould making (size of plastic parts less than 400mm), plastic mould injection, and plastic mould design in China with our manufacturing facilities. We have many different 3D design software platforms to adapt to your system. Digital data files and computerized machining are used almost exclusively for tooling of plastic injection mould. Shenzhen Bbk Plastic & Mold Co., Ltd. (China Mould/China Plastic Mould/Tooling Maker) was founded in 1997. Our factory is situated in Baoan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China, occupying an area of 2000sqm and with 100 workers. Our company consists of three major departments for plastic mould design, plastic mould making and mould injection. 3. Plastic Mould Making Department This department is divided into two sections: plastic mould design section and processing workshop. The former has 10 engineers and designers who use CAD-CAM, UG/PRO-E and MASTER CAM systems for mold design and tooling. The workshop with about 20 workers is equipped with advanced machine tools such as EDM, CNC millers, and wire cut and precision lathes for mold making, precision measuring instruments of projection, and digital microscope and linear height measuring meter for quality assurance. 4. Plastic Injection Department. This department is equipped with 12 sets plastic injection mould machines, ranging from 80 to 200 tons for the production of plastic parts such as cases of mobile phone, PMP, appliance, PDA, car DVD VCD, plastic gear, MP3 player, camera part (weight of plastic parts less than 350gram). Spray painting and silk screening shops are attached to this department for product finishing. 5.
