Shenzhen Jiahui Industrial Packaging Co., Ltd. is integrating professional design, development and process. Our company aims to provide the domestic and overseas customers with best packaging products and assembling services. By adopting perfect modern management system and enrolling a group of experts and an experienced production team, we have accumulated more than ten years' experience in this field. Our company is located in Fuming Industrial Zone, Guanlan Town, Bao'an District, Shenzhen City, China, and covers an area of 5800 square meters with workshop building of 3100 square meters and dormitory of 1800 square meters. There are 25 managing staff members and 210 workers. We run day and night shifts. Our mould making team can independent develop and produce gesso, copper and CNC aluminum moulds. Also we are capable of improving our customers' old mould and design new one to reduce production cost and improve work efficiency. We have 6 plastic mould machines, 15 punching machines, 5 high frequency pressing machines and 6 folding machines which can be used to produce different material range from PVC, PS, PP, PETG to APET. Hence we can meet customers' different requirements. Also we can process the products according to our customers' needs. Based on different dimension of the products, the output of our every machine is up to 400-1500 pieces/hour. Our packaging products include different kinds of gifts packaging, plastic boxes and flexible plastic bags, and are applied in electrical products, toys, food, cosmetic, mini home electric appliance and medical products. Moreover, we produce working disc and packaging disc which can be produced by using different materials, which include flocked chips and antistatic materials, and the thickness of the material ranged from 0.18 to 1.5mm.
