Founded in 1995, Shun Hing Plastic Mould (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of plastic moulds. We own a brand with high quality and innovative design to cater to the needs of different customers. With several years of development, our company has convinced a batch of steady customers, such as air conditioner part manufacturers in Malaysia and Guangzhou. At home appliance area, we manufacture vacuum cleaner, washing machine, cooker, ice-box, and more for Hitachi Japan. We also provide crutches and assembly parts for copier and facsimile machines. Our main focus is the mould fabrication for appearance parts in French acoustics CD player, MP3 digital broadcaster, music mobile phone and others. In 2003, we established a new company consisting the mould fabrication department, plastic injection department, and metal moulding department, to venture wider market coverage. Our company occupies an area of around 30,000 square meters with more than 800 trained employees. Currently, all facilities in our Mould Department were imported from Japan and Europe. We have the latest Makino Hi-speed Precision CNC machining centers, Makino mirror finishing CNC EDM machines, Spanish ONA mirror finishing machines and CNC EDM machines. In our Injection Department , there are latest HAITIAN and TOSHIBA injection machines ranging from 25 ton to 1,000 ton as well as laser engraving system. Our company has been successfully meeting market demands and promising to continue supplying the highest quality products. Therefore, we have employed Japanese first class technical specialists to manage and provide training to enhance product innovation, creativity and good quality products. As quality is the soul of an enterprise, our company was officially certified by ISO9001:2000 in October 2000 and TS16949 in March,2009.Throughout the years, Shun Hing has received several awards like "Good Quality Mould Award" by Malaysia National/Panasonic in 2002. In 2003, Shun Hing was awarded as "Best Mould Supplier" by PANASONIC Guangzhou and "Good Quality Mould Award" by S. Korean Telecommunications. We have also won the honors of "Outstanding Foreign Investment Enterprise" in Shenzhen. In February 2007, we attained ISO14000 certification and was chosen as the "Permanent Director of Shenzhen Machinery Association" by Shenzhen Government.
