Special Truck Company, China National Heavy Duty Truck Corp., Ltd. (Original named as Qingdao Special Automobile Manufacturing Works, hereafter referred as STC) is one of the wholly owned subsidiaries of China National Heavy Duty Truck Corp., Ltd. and is one of the biggest special truck R&D, manufacturing and exporting base in China. STC have been consecutively rewarded as Civilized Company by Shandong Province for 10 years and Faithfully Implement Contract Company by commercial administration of Qingdao for 15 years. STC won Shandong Quality Management Award, our Qingzhuan Brand heavy duty dumpers won Shandong Famous Brand Reputation and Qingzhuan Brand was confirmed as Qingdao Famous Brand by Commercial Administration of Qingdao. After developing for more than half century, STC accumulated abundant technology and advantages of special truck market. Occupying advanced processing equipment and technology, STC has won a position which can not be replaced by others in China special truck industry. STC established powerful special truck and military equipment researching ability by cooperating with various technical centers and universities as well as foreign companies through technical transfer, joint venture and technology-trade cooperation. As one of high technical companies of Qingdao City, STC has a Qingdao City Level technical center and drafted China dumper standard. Our products include heavy duty dumpers, construction vehicles, refuse compactors, semitrailer trucks, special purpose military vehicles, special truck chassis and vehicle parts. STC has developed various special trucks in over 200 models, using both foreign and domestic chassis. STC has a capacity of manufacturing 8000 units special trucks per year and 20 percent of which were exported. STC also was appointed as a manufacturer for China military producing aircraft tractor and missile mounting vehicles. Qingzhuan brand hydraulic cylinders made by STC are famous in special truck industry in China. Our products win a good reputation for the whole life guarantee and service in both foreign and domestic markets and became preferred tipping gear of export heavy duty dumpers, consecutively occupying over 12 percent market share in three years. Assembled with import parts, Eurik brand telescopic cylinders came into market in mass quantity from 2005 and were welcomed by customers with good performance. STC received the Certification of ISO9001 and military certification GJB/Z9001A and GJB9001A in 1996. These quality certifications make STC establishing quality control system to insure the high quality Qingzhuan brand special trucks. All civil products of STC passed China Compulsory Certificate in 2003.
