Speech Technology Center (STC) is recognized as a leading provider of speech technology and security equipment. Since 1990, STC has been developing technologies which allow customers to solve a wide array of technological tasks and issues ranging from design to implementation across every sphere of speech technology. Our staff of about 170 including 17 world-class Ph. D. Speech scientists, engineers, computer scientists and linguists offers a fine balance of the skills required for leading-edge development. For government and commercial clients, we offer software, equipment, and technology creation in areas such as voice recording, noise cancellation, forensic audio examination and analysis, transcription systems, voice identification. All of our products have been reviewed by the International Executive Service Corps (IESC) , a private, non-profit organization funded by the U. S. Agency for International Development and were considered to be comparable to similar products available in the USA. Our products have a great variety of application spheres: Law Enforcement Agencies, Police Departments, Call-Centers, Emergency Services, Large and Medium-size companies, and any other users who utilize speech acquisition and processing.
