TOP WELL (Formerly named LiangKang established in 1983) is an old manufacturer of producing locking pliers, C type clamps, axial pliers, welding clamps, chain pipe cutter and patented parrot pliers in the hand tool field in Taiwan. For the last 5 years, TOP WELL has become a supplier of hand tools, also a high quality products controller. To fully committed and dedicated to satisfying the needs and expectations of our customers, we purchased the equipments of inspection of hardness and tensile strength and have started using ERP system to control processes since 2007. In the beginning of 2008 we felt that the certificate of International Standard Organization 9001 is necessary and important for our customers to show our high quality performance and then we got ISO 9001 on July, 2008. We also obtained Golden Hand Prize from the authorities (Taichung) on September, 2008. Most of our products are sold to America, Europe and Asia. In order to keep our customers staying competitive, we continually put a lot of effort on innovation and research and development.
