Taya Canvas (Shanghai) Company Limited is the subsidiary of Ta Ya Canvas Corporation from Taiwan area founded in 1989. Our company is a professional manufacturer and exporter specializing in PVC coated tarpaulins and banner flexes with more than twenty years' experience. Our products are mainly used in digital printing solvent materials and industrial tarpaulins, such as frontlit banners, backlit banners, mesh banners, and blockout banners, truck covers, swimming pools, inflatable materials for boats and toys, treadmills and all purposes of covers. The finished products we can produce from narrow cut 0.965m to the maximum seamless width of 5.1 meters. They are suitable for all sizes of format digital printers, such as VUTEK, NUR, SCITEX, ARIZONA, SALASA, Roland, YASELAN, FLORA, INFINITI, MUTOH, MIMAKI JV3 and SkayJet. To meet customers' special requirements, we produce our products with the characteristics of U.V resistant, waterproof, anti-freezing, fire retardance, anti-static, mildewproof and free cadmium. In 2003, Ta Ya Canvas Corporation moved the factory to Shanghai in order to improve competition ability against other companies. Our new factory is located in Minhang District, near Shanghai Pudong International Airport. It takes less than one hour's driving to Hongqiao Airport and only half an hour's drive to reach Shanghai sea port. TAYA enjoys not only convenient transportation, but also stable quality. Our company adopts scientific management and self-developed advanced equipment. Now, we have owned 4 sets of Coating, Laminated lines whose width respectively are 5.1-meter, 3.5-meter, 3.2-meter and 2.1-meter. We not only have good quality Coating and Laminated production lines, but also have woven fabric production lines. The quality and quantity of our products can be easily controlled via using our own looms. After years of elaborate work, our company has formed the brand.
