UNICIMA Valve Manufacturing (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. (short for UCM-C) is a joint venture company, specialized in developing and manufacturing ball valve and related actuator. We are located in 10 Tower, Fuling Road, Shuangliu Park, Jiaolong Industry Port, Chengdu, China. Our goal is to "satisfy customers' needs by innovation, process control, and continuous improvement". We are utilizing the advanced valve design, fabrication process of Japan Unicima Corporation. We adopt the design standards of ANSI, API, BS, JIS, GB, NF, and JB to manufacture valves of various materials, including cast steel (WCB, LCB, CF8, CF8M, and 4A) and forging steel (A105, LF2, 304, 316, and F51). Our main product are floating ball valve, trunnion mounted ball valve and y, t, and l port three way ball valves, steam jacket ball valve, v-port ball valve, tank bottom valve, gate valve, globe valve, butterfly valve, and check valve. Pressure scope: Class 150 lb - Class 2500 lb Size: 1/2" - 24" Seat: soft seat, metal seat, and temperature seat are available. Our company is an expert in manufacturing special valve according to customer's requirement and providing repair service. We manufacture 90" returning actuator, adopting ISO05211 certificate. Our actuator has two series, including double action (output torque 17NM-75950NM) and single action (output torque 12NM-30625NM). We also can manufacture the special actuator according to the requirement of our customers. Application: oil, chemical, petrochemical, coal liquefaction, coal chemical industry, metallurgical, refinery, power station, food, mining, pharmaceutical, and paper making Our equipment includes CNC machine, large lathe, spherical grinding machine, large boring machine, clean machine, and valve hydrostatic testing machine. UCM-C is an ISO9001 (Certification No.4754-2008-AQ-RGC-RvA) and API 6D (6D-0882) certified manufacturer for a complete set of quality assurance system. We also conform to API 607 and API 6FA standards. UCM-C is committed to providing high quality products and good service to new and regular customers.
