Nikopol Steel Pipe Plant "YutiSt" was founded in 2000 on the basis of Nikopol Yuzhnotrubny Works, which used to be one of the largest steel pipes manufacturers in the world. Due to inflation and economic crisis in 1990s, the Works was restructured into several independent enterprises, each having its own investor. CJSCo YutiSt, established in summer of the year 2000 on the basis of the tube-drawing mill, had become one of such independent enterprises.
