Lasagna is available is many different sizes and packaging to satisfy most diversified requirements: - retail market- catering, fastfood organization- ready meals industry, - frozen / chilled foods- packaged dinners / mealsValin lasagna is made 100% of durum semolina, and is available also added with spinach powder and tomato powder (greenand red pasta sheets) Valin factory is very modern and updated, fully automated from raw materials storage down to packaging. Production is run 7 days per week on continuous cycle so that overall production capacity for year 2004 will be 15000 tons. An experienced staff is fully dedicated to qa and qc while a team-based group is working into new product development. A fully equipped laboratory is within the factory facilities, where controls and analysis are run on incoming raw materials, as well as finished products before delivery.
