Visel was founded in 1983, in Villacanas Toledo, by a group of 64 professionals from the area. The founders, who participated as partners, joined the factory also as workers. Due to our interest in using the most innovative ways to improve our relation with the market, Visel has incorporated the latest technology to its marketing program. Our objectives are: To have a powerful commercial tool to manage and to keep in touch with our sales representatives, customers and suppliers. To offer a fast, comfortable and updated way to look for information for anybody who has some interest in our Company. This will help them to approach the company in the most suitable way. Constant opportunities of renovation and progress are created when innovations and technological development come together. Since it began its activity, VISEL paid a very special attention to the fulfilment of the norms in force related with the quality. It was the first company in this sector in obtaining AENOR certifications, IQNet & ISO 9002, relative to the Quality Systems on its processes of production and on their products. It also has official homologations of quality in the German market (DQS) and in the Italian one (CISQ) . In addition, it has confronted the implementation of a total quality system, based on EFQM model (European Foundation for Quality Management) . Visel's factories have a research and development department. All the staff works hard giving ideas, suggesting improvements and testing. New things are developed permanently through, design, materials and procedures, that is the case of our patented PROTEC SYSTEM, which provides a 10 year guarantee against the veneer lifting or telegraphing.
