Work-Ink-Progress Enterprises is in the business of buying and selling of used/empty cartridges locally and outside the country. Eventually, it ventured into selling of brand new, remanufactured and refilling services. Later on, digital printing services were added.Inspired by the success of the Filipino-owned companies, Work-Ink-Progress started its humble beginnings at Novaliches, Quezon City in March 2005. With just a three-member staff at start-up, including the owner and founder, Mary Grace Payapaya-Orprecio (an accomplished Retail Training Manager and Industrial Engineer) and her partner Eng'r. Urbano T. Orprecio Jr. (an adept Electrical Engineer by profession), Work-Ink-Progress successfully progressed in terms of sales and opened its retail branches in 2005 and 2008. Over the years our business has grown; more and more products and services are now being offered including digital printing services, corporate give-aways and more. However, our commitment to customer satisfaction has not been deterred. In fact, the changes the company has initiated were done solely to customize our operation to fit the ever changing needs of our customers. We have initiated a quality focused customer service program which allows us to better understand and meet our customers' needs and to provide the quality and on time delivery of customers' orders.
