WildFlax owns an organic and vegan certified farm in Montana. Here we grow camelina. Camelina or wild flax as it has been called is an high Omega 3 Omega 6 acid. The grain also contains extremely high levels of anti-oxidants. After harvest we clean, press and bottle our own grain to make this very flavorful oil. The oil is effective as a skin serum for sufferers of psoriasis or eczema. As a supplement the oil provides many micro nutrients that are proving effective at battling depression and even type II diabetes. This oil can be used in stir frying, standard frying or as salad oil It has a almond, sesame, flavor.
