Wuxi Yatai Synthetic Adhesive Co., Ltd. is a hi-tech enterprise specializing in polymer latexes. We were set up in 2002 under the investment of the former Henan Yanshi Yatai Synthetic Adhesive Co., Ltd. Founded in 1992, Yanshi Yatai Synthetic Adhesive Co., Ltd. is located in Yanshi, 30km from Luoyang, Henan. Covering an area of 20,000sqm, our company has capital assets of over RMB20 million and two automatic production lines. One is for styrene butadiene rubber latexes (SBR latexes) with an annual capacity of 2,800t; the other is for butadiene-vinyl pyridine latexes (VP latexes) with an annual capacity of 6,000t. Additionally, our company has invited a group of talents from institutes and universities, including Latex Research Center of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company Research Institute, Yantai University, Peking University, to ensure the production and development. Our products include fabric-dipping styrene butadiene rubber latexes, fabric-dipping butadiene-vinyl pyridine latexes, fabric-dipping NBR latexes, and our fabric-dipping styrene butadiene rubber latexes once filled the domestic gap. As one of earliest manufacturers of fabric-dipping latexes, our products were listed in the Provincial Spark Items and entitled "the State New Products" in 1994. In view of the potential of chemical fiber industry in Jiangsu and Zhejiang area, Wuxi Yatai Synthetic Adhesive Co., Ltd. was formed in Jiangsu in 2002. Covering an area of 8,000sqm, our company has an annual capacity of 10,000t, advanced analytical & testing equipments, and complete inspection methods to satisfy clients' diversified demands. Wuxi Yatai Synthetic Adhesive Co., Ltd. is located in the center of the Changjiang Delta, enjoys the most developed economy of China, and is 90km from Shanghai - the economic growth center of China, 180km from Nanjing Xinshengyu Port - the largest inland port of China and 60km from Taicang (Zhangjiagang). The convenient transportation over the sea and land greatly facilitates our company. Our company implemented ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System in Sep. 2002 and got the certification in March 2003, as well as the ISO14001:2004 in 2007. Our domestic clients mainly include GITI Tire Company, Junma Tyre Cord Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Dikai Chemicals Company, China Shenma Group Company Limited, Jiangsu Hongdou Industrial Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Qunfa Chemical Co., Ltd., China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation Baling Branch, Qingdao Lianchuang Industrial Co., Ltd., Shanxi Jiumian Industries Co., Ltd., and Shandong Shifeng Group. Our latexes are mainly used to replace the imported latexes. Along with our reputation constantly improving in the international market, our company got the recognitions of KOLON Korea, UNI Korea, and RIID and Artawheel in Iran in March 2006, and has been establishing the long-term relationships with them.
