Xi'an Rongbao Casting Co., Ltd. is a professional aluminum alloy casting, cast iron lost foam casting, and machining enterprise. Our production is done according to process document of ISO 9001-2000 quality system.The patterns and fixtures were designed by using AutoCAD, Solid works, Pro-E software. The dry weather is very fit for casting pouring in Xi'an Area. The melting temperature and heat treatment temperature are controlled and recorded strictly. The surface roughness of sand aluminum casting achieve to 12.5 micro-meter. The dimension of sand aluminum casting achieve to CT 8-10. Our products are widely used for spare parts in industries of auto, ore, chemical, construction, metallurgy, boat, machinery, hydraulic pressure parts, hardware, blast shelter box, electromotor parts, electric tool, valve, flange, and air conditioner joint. Our annual capacity of iron casting is about 3000 tons and that of aluminum casting is about 1000 tons.
