Xiamen Chijie Mold Industry Co., Ltd., established in June 1998 has three subsidiary: Xiamen Chenfeng Plastic Trade Co.,Ltd., Xiamen Clear Plastic Package Co.,Ltd., and Dongguan Carbon Fiber Mold Factory. Our company is a member of China Mold Industry Association, as well as the directing member of Fujian Mold Industry Association. We focus on manufacturing precise carbon fiber molds, plastic injection molds, plastic blowing molds, aluminum alloy die casting molds, zinc alloy die casting molds, rubber forming molds and bakelite forming molds. Besides molds, we also produce plastic injection products and plastic blowing products. Now we have more than 100 staff members, among whom there are 20 design engineers, and 75 skilled technicians. In daily work, we use world advanced software for mold design and analysis.We presently have 8 high-precision CNC from Japan and Taiwan area including a Longmen machining center with stroke: 3000*2600*1000; 13 imported EDM including Japanese Sodick vertical mirror spark machine, Swiss spark machine and CNC type EDM machining center with stroke 1200*650; 8 computer numeric controlled cutting machines; 14 imported universal milling machine with digital readout; 4 imported grinders; 2 imported lathes; 2 huge arm drills; and 32 imported injection molding machines. Besides, we plan to purchase 2 Japanese MAKINO high-speed machining centers and several imported slow linear cutting machines.For high-quality guarantee, we have purchased Tri-coordinate measurer, JTVMS-3020 optical image measuring apparatus and MQ series of three coordinate measuring machine with stroke: 800X1000X600, and RockWell Hardness (HR-150A).We are the first private enterprise to pass ISO9001:2000 certification on Feb. 12, 2002 and we have passed technology certificate for Hi-tech enterprise. We use mould steel such as Swedish ASSAB 718, S136H, and Japanese Daido NAK80. All the mold accessories are purchased from famous brands at home and abroad which can meet international standards.With 12 years experience, we have winned clients from Germany, USA, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Singapore, Russia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Pakistan, and so on.
